No indication of major social network activity in Madison Wisconsin
We are seeing tweeting density in Madison around 56
Population is 235,626
So we are using the Madison vs St Louis as an indication of social network organization. As long as the two levels are roughly the same we would see no evidence that a major social movement is being organized on the ground in Madison.
But Madison is a very liberal place and groups will feel free to openly organize by phone of face to face, so the value of Social Network analysis may limited in this case.
Still we are currently anticipating that Madison will see little more than fairly ordinary strikes and protests, but Madison will not be America's Tunisia.
