Noor had a handful of her relatives connect with their families in Pearl Square.
Her mother stated that she does not use the Internet herself but her husband uses it a lot and she gets the information from him and Aljazeera. Noor her daughter laughs as her mother dictates to her what to say to the relatives in Bahrain. Noor is primarily using facebook, but says she does use Twitter to follow what is going on in Bahrain.

Still like most people Facebook her most popular tool. Most people we spoke to who expressed a preferred Social Network tool said they were using Facebook. We saw several people using iPhones and Blackberry phones to connect to Facebook. Twitter was seen more as a new source rather than a social community by the users we followed.
