Today media is no long expensive, that is any group or person can publish information at a fraction of the cost of printing presses or traditional TV stations.

We are now emerging in an age of complex rich conversations between people and media and organisations.

Companies and organisations have always had a media and communication component. The web opens the opportunity to create conversations which are far more fine grained than in history.
