Anon takes down NAMA: "Nigerian Airspace Management Agency"

has posted a claim on Twitter that he has taken over the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency press release site.

This looks very much like an attack last week on the Conservative Foundation fund raising site that took place on October 10 2012.  This was a similar attack in that it targeted a PHP which used some external MySQL data source to publish dynamic content.  The attacks are also similar in that the page carries a claim of responsibility to Own3r, though on October 10th I was told by some people involved with Anonymous that Own3r was not involved.
So we have had, in 2 weeks, 2 PHP sites that used dynamic MySQL data attacked to show messages from Anonymous, both carrying a claim of responsibility by Own3r.  So these seem to be a speciality of someone of a group of people hacking MySQL sites under the name of Own3r.
